Adams tip of the week Warming up A proper warm up is essential for a golfer to be able to move their body at its optimal performance. A recent study carried out by the University of Loughborough found that out of the 1500 golfers only 20 warmed up properly before playing. Many golfers turn up 5 minutes before the tee time and get straight out of the car and hit a driver as hard as they can.
