Golf is back

It's great to be back!

We are delighted to be back open again after four weeks of closure.

There were lots of smiling faces from our lovely members, certainly before they teed off on Wednesday morning!

Let's hope the weather is kind over the next few weeks so that we can all enjoy the course without getting too wet.

We look forward to welcoming you back to the golf club and pro shop over the coming days and weeks.

Christmas Draw 2020

The Pro Shop Christmas Draw is now up and running with squares available for £5 each or three for £10.

10% of the total entry will be donated to the Captains' Charity, Mind.

There are a minimum of ten prizes and the draw will be made on Christmas Eve.

Golf on Tour

Alfred Dunhill and Pedersen's Hat-Trick

For most people, 2020 has been a tough year. For Emily Kristine Pedersen, it’s been one of golfing glory. The Dane stormed to her third Ladies European Tour victory in a row at the Spanish Open, winning the season-long Race to Costa del Sol as a result. Thrilling stuff!

The men’s European Tour headed out to South Africa for the Alfred Dunhill Championship, with home favourite Christiaan Bezuidenhout rallying on Sunday’s back-nine to claim the title. Bezuidenhout’s journey, overcoming the adversity caused by a childhood accident, is an incredible one and this is certainly a heart-warming victory.
